Originally purchased by WASSI in mid 2023 as ZK-ESI, this aircraft had recently been completely restored, with a reconditioned engine fitted.   In recognition of the financial bequest from the estate of John Richards, a long-time supporter of the Walsh, ESI was re-registered and re-branded as ZK-JRS.  Later in 2023, JRS was painted in the WASSI scheme and two Garmin G5s were fitted.  JRS is also currently being leased by Mid-Canterbury Aeroclub.​
